Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Delivery of the goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important that this address is accurate. We aim to dispatch all goods within few days. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

Stock Availability?

All items are sold subject to availability and while we make every attempt to keep the website up-to-date as reasonably possible, should any ordered goods be subject to a delay or are no longer available we will inform you as soon as possible and seek your further instruction.

Likewise, if for any reason we are unable to deliver goods within the agreed timescale, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Product Inspection

You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify Recliner Specialist of a problem with 14 days of receipt.

Recliner Specialist accepts all major debit and credit cards payments.

Orders & Returns

How Can I Return Or Change My Order?

If an item is received which is deemed damaged, defective or not as specified on your order confirmation, please contact us at email address within 14 days of receipt, telling us why you’re returning it and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

If you require an exchange, availability allowing, we will dispatch the replacement goods within 24 hours. If you require a refund, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods plus the original postage cost within 7 days. The goods should be returned to:

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, please return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in pristine condition and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or delivery note. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Once we have inspected the goods and are satisfied that they are in original condition, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods within 7 days.
